At BeBold, everything revolves around making an impact—not just for our clients, but also for the world around us. Our Bold Impact initiative embodies this perfectly: every year, we use our expertise to help an organization lacking the necessary resources or knowledge move forward. Last year we helped WePlog and this year, we joined forces with Jeugdzorg Emmaüs Mechelen, an organization dedicated to supporting families and young people in challenging situations. Together, we created solutions that truly matter. Here’s how it went.
Thanks to a personal connection through our managing partner, Emily Lippens, we were introduced to this inspiring organization. From the very first conversation, sparks flew, and our team was eager to get started.
Jeugdzorg Emmaüs Mechelen, part of Emmaüs, provides support to families, children, and young people. From crisis shelters to helping young people transition to independent living, their work is diverse and indispensable. Their goal is simple: to offer a safe space where people can rebuild their futures.
Through our discussions with Jeugdzorg Emmaüs Mechelen, two major challenges came to light:
These challenges formed the basis of our mission: to equip Jeugdzorg Emmaüs Mechelen with a marketing strategy focused on employer branding and the tools they need to overcome these obstacles.
Our collaboration began with an interactive workshop to get to the core of Jeugdzorg Emmaüs Mechelen. Who are they? What are their goals? What challenges do they face? Based on these insights, we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that not only gave them a clear plan but also strengthened their brand identity.
A key component of our strategy was social media marketing and employer branding. In a job market where talent is scarce, we aimed to position Jeugdzorg Emmaüs as an attractive employer. We worked on several elements to support them, including:
