• You proactively work to fill our pipeline with relevant prospects 

• You identify opportunities with potential clients and know which leads are the right ones for us 
• You interpret our customers’ needs and analyze how our services provide a solution 
• You build and maintain new long-term relationships: we believe in solid partnerships based on a win-win situation for both parties 
• You are a driving force within BeBold: you strategically contribute to our growth and work closely with our strategy- and team leads 

You possess the ideal mix of soft and hard skills we’re looking for 

• You have strong commercial skills and know how to close deals 
• You are people-driven and know how to engage the right individuals for your projects 
• You have a genuine go-getter mentality and proactively take the right actions to elevate our sales strategy 
• You are driven, eager to learn, and enjoy challenging yourself 
• You take responsibility for your work, your projects, your victories as well as your areas of improvement 
• Bonus: Experience in an agency 
• Double bonus: Experience with or knowledge of Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and IT solutions
